In order to foster and boost its growth, Altran Italia is looking for a Business Manager in its Industry Division for the site of Bologna.

The key objectives of this manager will be to:

� Build up their own business unit within Industry and Healthcare sector
� Define and implement their own business strategies
� Acquire and manage a solid client portfolio
� Recruit the necessary resources to help achieve our clients objectives
� Manage and develop a team of high level consultants, mostly engineers in line with the Group's strategic focus on becoming an Employer of Choice
� Ensure that deliveries are compliant with clients expectations and business/profitability objectives

Do you have what it takes?

� A University's degree in Engineering disciplines and a strong interest for technologies
� At least 4 years of business experience in technological sectors
� Ability to establish trustful relationships with key players of the Italian market
� Leadership skills; business drive and acumen
� People management skills
� Passion for business growth and people development
� Current position in Sales and/or Consulting
� Fluency in English (French is a plus)

Other Requirements

� Bologna based positions
� Experience in Industry and Healthcare sector (especially in Bologna)
� Knowledge in one or more Industrial functional business area (i.e. PLM, SCM, ERP, CRM, R&D,...)
