Description of the Activity

In order to foster and boost its growth, Altran Italia is looking for a Manager in its Telecommunication, Electronic & Media Division for its site of Milan.

The key objectives of this manager will be to:

� Build up their own business unit within Media sector
� Define and implement their own business strategies
� Acquire and manage a solid client portfolio
� Recruit the necessary resources to help achieve our clients objectives
� Manage and develop a team of high level consultants, engineers and graduates in economics and science degrees
� Ensure that deliveries are compliant with clients expectations and business/profitability objectives

Skills Requested

� A Master's degree in Engineering or similar and a strong interest for technologies
� At least 4 years of business experience, mainly in Media sector
� Deep knowledge and relationships with main players in Media Sector
� Experience in participation to large and articulated bid processes
� Knowledge in one or more functional business area (i.e. broadcasting, publishing, �)
� Leadership skills; business drive and acumen
� People management abilities
� Passion for business growth and people development
� Current position in Sales and/or Consulting
� Fluency in English (French is a plus)
