Skill Set and Background
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer
The successful candidate will have the following skill sets and background:

� Knowledge of principles of mechanical engineering and construction, including design of plumbing, water supply, and sanitary facilities.
� Knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, standards
� Knowledge of mechanical processes and specifications for plumbing and HVAC systems.
� Skill in evaluating the work of contractors and consultants for compliance with project plans, specifications and policies.
� Skill in maintaining effective working relations with co-workers,and representatives from client.
� Skill in assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects and demands.
� Skill in reading and evaluating blueprints and technical schematics.
� Skill in operating a personal computer utilizing a variety of software applications.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
Minimum education qualification
A Bachelor�s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited university or college; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum experience qualification
Six (6) years of mechanical engineering experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Provides project design and technical construction consulting services for mechanical site teams. Verify engineering calculations, design drawings, and project specifications to lead specialized workers for plumbing and HVAC activities.
Develops technical documentation as required and supervise the production of market-up drawings.
