Scelte Strategiche, Search & Selection firm, is selecting a Trade Communication Manager for the Italian subsidiary of a leading multinational company (job location: Rome). Based on the main challenges and strategies of the different brands in the portfolio, the Trade Communication Manager develops the strategic long term Trade Communication Plan and defines and implements the short term activity plan that is shared with retailers through the online platform. In order to guarantee successful project implementation and maintain a high level of awareness and engagement among retailers he/she pays regular visits to the field. The Trade Communication Manager is responsible for aligning and coordinating all internal stakeholders well as creative agencies/partners in order to maximize the performance and cost effectiveness of all initiatives. The position reports to a Group Brand Manager. The ideal candidate is graduated (MBA) with 4-6 years of marketing experience in a multinational context (preferably fast-moving consumer goods) and ideally some sales/trade management experience. The position requires solid analytical and change management skills and a high level of creativity. Strong interpersonal relationship capabilities are essential to the role and the ambition to pursue an international brand management career is considered an important success factor.
