Scelte Strategiche, Search & Selection firm, is selecting a Consumer Info&Insight Portfolio Manager for the Italian subsidiary of a leading multinational company (job location: Rome). Based on a deep knowledge of the portfolio marketing and sales strategies and current consumer trends the Consumer Info&Insight Portfolio Manager develops and defines executable Consumer Information and Insight initiatives to increase brand preferences. He/she ensures successful implementation of the approved activity plans through effective collaboration across the organization, continuous budget optimization, close relationships with external agencies as well as regular visits to the field. The Manager reports to a Group Brand Manager and collaborates closely with the Sales force as well as the Consumer Insight and Engagement team. The ideal candidate is graduated (MBA) with 4-6 years of marketing experience in a multinational context (preferably fast-moving consumer goods) and ideally some sales/trade management experience. The position requires solid analytical and change management skills and a high level of creativity. Strong interpersonal relationship capabilities are essential to the role and the ambition to pursue an international brand management career is considered an important success factor.
